Bestway Cleaning offers a range of cleaning services including but not limited to residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, carpet cleaning, and specialized cleaning services. The scope of services will be agreed upon between Bestway Cleaning and the client.
Clients can book our services through our website, phone, or in person. Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
Clients are responsible for providing access to the premises at the scheduled time. Failure to provide access may result in a cancellation fee.
Bestway Cleaning will take all reasonable care in providing its services. However, we cannot be held liable for any damages or losses that occur as a result of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
Any complaints regarding our services should be made within 24 hours of the service being provided. We will endeavor to resolve the issue promptly and to the satisfaction of the client.
Bestway Cleaning reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
